THE SPACE: • 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and balcony. • 1 King bed • Spacious 1,002 ft² of living space. • Ocean and Pool view with Northeastern exposure • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include HD TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities which include luxurious pools, white sand beaches, a 5-star spa, a gym, and valet service. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal.
