Offering a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, our accommodations cater to guests seeking both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy exclusive on-site amenities, including 2 heated swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a spa, and parking. The beach and boardwalk are just a few steps away from the pool area. Our unit is an excellent choice for guests seeking spacious, well-equipped accommodations with an array of amenities and a prime beachfront location. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and serving utensils. The large open living room and dining area lead to a private balcony offering breathtaking ocean and city skyline views. WiFi and Cable TV are also included. The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen size beds as well. There is a sofa bed in the living room with an extra sleeping spot. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall. Uber, Lyft, rental cars and cabs. Miami Beach, gold courses, night life entertainment are minutes away. Miami airport - 20 minutes ride Port of Miami - 15 minutes ride Brickell, Downtown - 15 minutes ride Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.
