Broken elevator, dirty stairwells, and there was what appeared to be a drugged out woman lurking in the building when we came in Thursday night. The location is very convenient to walk to any of the attractions, shops and restaurants in the area. The check-in process was seamless and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The property owner Joe was very pleasant to deal with and straightforward, providing all of the information needed when traveling to the area. The general area of Miami Beach can be loud with vacationers partying late into the evening.
