Step outside and you’re surrounded by the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife—plus Ocean Drive just around the corner. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for neighbors, especially after 11pm. 2\. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be cancelled without refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected. 3\. We can provide early check in before 3pm or late check out after 11am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be apply for the extra time of stay. 4\. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe make up with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets. 5\. We love animals but some of our guests are allergic to animal trace so no pets including service animal. 6\. For any issues or complaints, we will try to resolve within 24 hours.
