Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).  
  
• Washcloths are not provided.  
  
• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.  
  
• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

#### Great Location

Exactly what we expected in terms of the location. A bit dissapointed with the age of the unit and the cleanliness. The carpet in the bedrooms is matted and dirty. There was hair on the floors of both bathrooms. The dishwasher does not drain completely. Some of the lighting did not work. All that being the case, it was adequate for our needs.
