Door lock stopped working then they tried charging us $40 for someone to come out after hours, for the price we paid for 3 nights especially being charged for cleaning service, is ridiculous. Mirror in master bathe was broken, i took pictures, Beds were very uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on boards, not comfortable what so ever. Couch in front of TV was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV, no utensils with plates or bowls, ICE maker did not work but water did. No toaster Did not have many trash bags, for kitchen or bathroom, blinds were all broken, did not just need tender loving care like they told me on the message. Pool table had one hole torn, one fan outside did not work at all. Did not have any good sleep due to beds being uncomfortable ##### Crystal C.
