We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites. Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. The first time was a bad experience and I thought that it was only the apartment that it had problems but these second time it was just the same thing, the whole building is dated. Don’t book it. The only good thing about this place is the location… that’s it. Also the kitchen was dirty, rest of food inside the microwave and inside the oven .
