Unit is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a private balcony. 20 minutes from MIA airport and 45 minutes from FLL airport. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee. Please note: a refundable damage deposit fee is collected 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after check-out The location has an amazing walkability score of 98%. You can walk everywhere. If you choose not to walk, you have the south beach trolly that cost $1 and takes you around the beach with many stops.
