#### Wohnung war trotz Bestätigung nicht verfügbar

Am Ende war ich gar nicht in der Wohnung, da diese trotz Bestätigung von Fe-Wo direkt gar nicht gebucht war. Das habe ich durch einen glücklichen Zufall wenigstens noch rechtzeitig vorher herausfinden können. Sonst wäre ich mal ganz schön blöd dagestanden, vor Ort ohne Unterkunft. Und die Reaktionszeit des Gastgebers zur Klärung des Sachverhalts in diesem Zusammenhang war auch absolut unterirdisch! Und dann brauchte Fe-Wo direkt auch nochmal eine Woche bei aus meiner Sicht eindeutiger Sachlage, bis sie mir endlich das schon abgebuchte Geld wieder zurückerstattet haben. Die Konto-Überziehungszinsen aufgrund nochmal zu entrichtender Zahlung für die Alternativ-Unterkunft (immerhin nochmal ca 800 € zusätzlich) bleiben am Ende jetzt natürlich bei mir hängen. Danke für gar nichts! Unter diesen Umständen werde ich Fe-Wo-direkt zukünftig wohl lieber nicht mehr verwenden, wenn ich mich auf Bestätigungen nicht verlassen kann und am Ende auch noch den Ärger habe, mein Geld dann wenigsten zeitnah wiederzubekommen!
