8.4/10 Very good! (1,143 reviews)
I would not recommend staying here. The room I paid for was not the room I received and they offered only downgraded options.
Had to ask multiple times just to get towels and body wash filled (empty when I arrived).
The elevators aren’t all working so at times it’s a 10minute wait to get up and down.
My last night there, an employee scanned the door to my room and when they noticed I was there they said “never mind” and walked out quickly.
Just a real lack of professionalism, communication and safety issues.
