The house is located on a 15,000 m² plot with a communal garden and pavilions to relax in. Schulenbrook belongs to the municipality of Metelsdorf and is a quiet suburb of Wismar, surrounded by pure nature. The region offers several nature parks that are waiting to be discovered and the Baltic Sea beaches of the Bay of Wismar and Lake Schwerin can be reached quickly by car.

Activities nearby: High-quality leisure fun in the Wonnemar adventure pool in Wismar. The Hanseatic city is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Characterized by the harbor and fishing, lovingly restored town houses, market square and many cafes and restaurants, the lively city is a wonderful destination for young and old. Families with children are particularly recommended to visit the State Garden Show grounds with its zoo, adventure camp and play farm barn. A visit to the state capital Schwerin is also highly recommended.
