Situated at the top of Imlay Street in Merimbula, this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. With abundant natural light, it provides stunning views of both the serene lake, the expansive ocean and Haycock Point.  
  
The open-plan living area includes a modern kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room. The master suite features an ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the picturesque landscape. Another bedroom on the top level with 2 single beds.  
  
Downstairs you will find the perfect kids escape. There is a separate living area and another 3 bedrooms (two with queen beds and the third with 2 singles) and a bathroom with full-size bath. Enjoy the views from almost every room you enter.
