"Accueil nul. On ne vous donne aucune information : horaire petit déjeuner? bracelet piscine? Horaire départ? Animation? Excursion? On vous prend les passeports alors que d’autres clients arrivent : ils s’occupent d’abord d’eux alors qu’ils sont arrivés après… Aucun sourire, rien. Pas de bagagiste. ..."
