Clean rooms, with a fantastic steak house attached.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel. We booked last minute and needed something with a suite and had very limited options in Saskatoon. The rooms and hotel was newly renovated and looks very nice, smells clean and welcoming. It has what you need! The pool was quite dirty but it was also newly renovated. It was also nice to have Denny’s on site and free parking that felt safe. Now, we stayed with small kids, so we noticed tons of stains on our carpets, the air conditioners were dirty and the bathrooms were oddly small for the largest suite in the hotel. We got a pack n play from the hotel and it was broken. The beds were old and the tv’s had smart tv remotes but no ability to stream which was weird.

We checked-in later evening as we had traveled all day, and our first room had stains in both beds when we opened our sheets. Disgusting. We were offered another room. Next room.... by this time we were exhausted, there was still stains in one of the beds but appeared to be dirt so we settled. But we then found someone else's beard hairs all over the counter top in the bathroom and black mould in the shower. We didn't bother asking for another room because who knew what else we would find. When you showered the bathroom would have water leaking from the tub. The baseboards in the bathroom were all swelled from previous flooding. We watched people run from the pool to the elevator soaking wet and they would not clean it up, just put up small signs. Very dangerous, as it's tile flooring. Very poorly cleaned hotel, not impressed for the price you pay. We've stayed here years ago and had no issues. Super disappointing and we will not recommend nor stay here again.
