Great location. So nice to have staff on hand for checking.
Air conditioning worked great. Wonderful location. The hundred plus steps was not an issue for us but I’m sure it would be for some people with large suitcases or mobility issues.

Incredible apartment!!!
We had an absolutely fabulous stay in Menaggio. The apartment was incredibly clean with everything we needed. The view was spectacular. The location is perfect, a few minute walk to both the ferry and the center of town. Highly recommend this property.

This property is lovely with the most beautiful views of Lake Como. Is it modern and well equipped. Tastefully decorated and a modern design. Just a side note that this property does require climbing a number of stairs, which was fine for our family, but might be difficult for some.

Mediocre Stay
Overly complex directions to get to property. I had to pick up the keys from a real estate company and then follow some odd directions to find the property. 187 steps up stairs to the apartment building and then 4 flights of stairs; not an accurate description of getting to the property. It was exhausting and our group was in decent shape. The apartment was dirty, the property manager/staff sent someone the next day to clean the property. Sheets were cheap, pillows were the depth of 2 inches. We had unusually cold weather so I looked inside some cabinets to find extra duvets and they had blood stains. I found extra pillows and they too had a blood stain. Gross. This place is not ideal, not managed well and I would not recommend it. Mennagio is a beautiful small town with wonderful cafés, stores and very accessible by ferry to other destinations. Do your research, there are plenty of other locations.
