Big Cypress Lodge
Overlook was closed, terrace was closed, bar was closed. Was promised a credit from the hotel supervisor and they have not given one and refused to give me anything in writing stating they would have to contact Expedia to process the credit and Expedia would send me a receipt. Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown
My daughter and I stayed here. Felt safe in the parking deck as it is monitored and gated. View from the room was great of the bridge. Breakfast was good with the hot offerings. The room was clean and hotel was quiet.
