Whomever is responsible for the images and description on the website should get a pat on the back. The building and room did not live up to the website. I must point out, however, that the staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people that I have ever stayed with. They are either genuinely kind and hospitable people or really good at doing it for the job. Our check in time kept getting later and later and the staff on the phone put me at ease about my reservation. Our first room was hotter than blazes and the staff switched us right away to a clean comfortable room, no questions asked. We did not enjoy the homeless people screaming in the alley both nights, but ZERO complaints about the staff.

The apartment was very nice! The owners of the property are very compassionate about making your stay very comfortable. I have never stayed any where that the owners cared so much about you having everything you need down to cleaning supplies and toiletries. It’s in a great location as well! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for a great home away from home!
