It’s close to all points of interest—less than a 5-minute walk from downtown or a 2-minute drive— with a spectacular view and balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunset.

Here you’ll find comfort in a living room with a fan and a large sofa to share with your whole family and/or friends, two bedrooms with fans, a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds, and a large guest bathroom with two entrances.

The apartment has high-speed internet service.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving, as well as a large oven, toaster, blender, and more.

The condominium features 4 swimming pools, a clubhouse (gym, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna, and game room), a volleyball court, a soccer field, and a nature trail.

The apartment has its own parking space and free visitor parking, as well as an elevator.

It is important to follow the complex’s safety and cleanliness rules. To maintain hygiene, you must shower before entering the pool and wear a swim cap while in the water.

Pool maintenance is performed on Tuesdays, and there is no service on that day; please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor. Please exercise caution and keep an eye on children, adults, and pets on the balcony. Please do not hang laundry on the balcony.
