« Eine sehr schöne Lage im Grünen - Bahnhof mit P+R ist ca 5km entfernt, sodass man mit der S-Bahn zügig nach Berlin kommt. Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert, sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad war ebenfalls neu und ebenso modern ausgestattet. Das Team war stets gut gelaunt, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, insgesamt eine Eins mit Sternchen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. »

« Parkplatz vorhanden. Mobiliar im Haupthaus wie früher. Unterkunft war im Bettenhaus mit hübsch angelegtem Park. Zimmer und Bad groß und sauber. Frühstück top. Abends kann man im Restaurant essen und gemütlich den Abend ausklingen lassen. Nörgler gibt es immer, man wird nie allen gerecht. Jeder hat einen anderen Geschmack. Von uns volle Punktzahl für das Personal und alles was dazu gehört. Für Reisende mit Kinder ist der Spielplatz noch zu erwähnen. Es liegt direkt am See. »

"Accueil compliqué car le nom et le prénom avait été inversés par Hotels.com sur la réservation ... le personnel a mis longtemps à comprendre! Très bel hôtel design à proximité des différents transports en commun, dans un quartier un peu austère. La qualité de la literie n'est pas à la hauteur de cet hôtel (matelas trop minces et oreillers, trop peu nombreux et inconfortables); le ménage n'est réalisé qu'à votre demande et pour le lendemain! pas pratique du tout. Mais bon séjour dans l'ensemble (bel espace naturiste, saunas , mais hammam et jacuzzi en panne tout le séjour!)"

Nous avons solliciter la réception pour un changement d’oreillers,une présence de cafards, un balai que nous avons jamais pu obtenir ! Malgré notre insistance, il n’y a jamais eu de réactions de la part du personnel de l’hôtel ! Nous ne renouvelerons pas notre expérience décevante dans cet établissement et je le déconseille à toute personne qui souhaiterait se rendre à Berlin ! "
