About this property

Waterfront, Arts District, Walk to New Years fun!

  • We decided to restore a 1931 original home in the heart of downtown Eau Gallie. The house is functioning although we definitely have a few more aesthetics items to complete (thanks for contributing by staying with us!)

    Walking Neighborhood with Pineapples, Anaya (artisan coffee), The Intracoastal Brewery and 2 neighborhood speakeasies all just a couple minutes walk.

House was double booked

There was no stay because the timeframe was double booked. We stayed in a hotel for two nights and with NO HELP FROM VRBO found a place to spend the remainder of our vacation. Stephen felt bad about the double booking and did offer a couple of nights mid week to us but we didn’t want to move again.
