### Penthouse Sax with Sea View

This modernly furnished penthouse is located in Medulin, a tourist resort which provides a lot of activities for different age groups.   
  
It offers a private roof terrace with panoramic sea view and garden furniture.   
  
6 people in total can be accommodated, but most comfortable would be for 4 adults + 2 children.   
  
Apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, and also a convertible sofa for 2 people. 2 bathrooms are available, and one of them is en suite.   
  
Guests can dine inside the apartment, but also on the terrace with wonderful sea view.   
  
Free private parking, Wi-fi and air conditioning is provided on site.   
  
Medulin is most known for its 1 km long sandy beach Bijeca, which attracts families with children, but also for its rich nightlife during the summer, where everyone can find their kind of fun.   
  
This charming resort provides everything neccessary for a pleasant vacation: lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, post office, different kinds of beaches, but also a beautiful, untouched nature everywhere nearby.   
  
If you would like to experience a spectacular view, Cape Kamenjak is only 11 km away.   
  
Archeological Park Vizula nearby Medulin is a historical site from Roman ages.   
  
National Park Brijuni can be reached by a boat from Fazana.   
  
Medulin is only 10 km away from Pula, ancient city most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus.   
  
Pula Airport is 10 km away from the property.
