The water takes a while to get warm ' no kutchenet was something that was overlooked 'not a place I'd recommend if you're going to be there a while , because you'll be spending more funds eating.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Ocean City Stay! The Grand Hotel in Ocean City exceeded all expectations. Our spacious room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and featured stunning ocean views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with direct access to the boardwalk, restaurants, and nightlife. Private beach access made our days relaxing and crowd-free. However, the staff truly set this hotel apart. Every team member went above and beyond, offering thoughtful local tips and prompt service that made us feel genuinely welcomed. With delicious onsite dining and the city's best culinary gems right outside, we couldn't have asked for more. For a blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, the Grand Hotel is a must-book. We are already planning our return!

The balcony is on top of your neighbors no privacy and railing is all moldy. Fridge didn’t work when we arrived but they did replace it with another. The 2nd shift front desk guy was rude as heck. He parked in the lane that you had to drive in and back out of and there was plenty of parking. If an occupant had done that they would have been towed. He never said “hi” when you walked by. The day girl was great. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in our room. I would choose another place next time
