Located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country, Jade's View Estate offers easy access to shopping and a seasonal farmers market, award-winning restaurants, world-class wines, and fun activities for the whole family or friends crew. Driving up to this estate property, you will enter through the private gate. You'll be transported to your vacation home through a pine forest-lined driveway and welcomed to an upbeat modern ranch. Upon entering you will enjoy an open floor plan and fully equipped home with gorgeous finishes and quality furniture. Every piece was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort. The main level features a modern dining room with seating for eight and a chef's kitchen with all the amenities you could need. The dine-in counter bar with seating for four offers a more casual eating option or make your way out back to the spacious deck with quality outdoor dining features and a propane grill. The main level also hosts two king bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a shared full guest bath. The primary suite features a desk and workspace if you absolutely must be productive during your stay with us. Descending to the lower level, fall in love with the cozy warm living room with a huge picture window of the golf course views, a large flatscreen SmartTV. The lower level continues to please with a bonus wet bar, wine cellar, and patio with oversized outdoor lounge seating. McMinnville is situated perfectly in the valley surrounded by world-class wineries on picturesque vineyards and farmland. Oregon Wine Country is a popular destination for wine tasting and all the experiences that go with it. This house offers spectacular views and nature walks directly of the property! The Pacific Flyway, and the marsh between the Gold Course and hazelnut field attracts lots of birds, it's a wonder for nature lovers. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Such a beautiful and clean space. Close to downtown McMinnville. The kitchen is fully stocked (we made a big breakfast and lacked for nothing). Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Would have given top score on property but for the fact that there is no real living area on main floor. Original living area has been replaced with large dining table, so no comfortable place to sit and enjoy view and fireplace on main floor. Living area is on floor below which was not large enough to accommodate our group of 7 comfortably. However, weather was good while we were there in early August so we spent most our time on patio.Also, booking was very confusing as it was through VRBO and ITrip Northwest. Apparently, in addition to booking with VRBO I had to sign a rental agreement with itrip also but I didn’t know this. This left me hassling to get entry info to the house the night we were to arrive. Much panic on my part. I have rented through VRBO many times and never had this problem before. There’s lots of space, the bathrooms were nice, and everything was clean. The only issue we had is that the sign with the address was not visible (had flipped over) so we were confused about where the rproperty was. I would stay here again if going back. ##### Liz W. The house is on a gated property in a quiet area with a golf course view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely appointed. There was nowhere for our group of 6 to hang out on the main level other than the dining room or the dining table on the deck (and there is no TV on the main level), but the basement family room does include a large TV with streaming. Communication with the host was outstanding. The location was on the south end of our tasting area, which ranged from Carlton to Newberg, but we were within a half hour of everything.
