It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.

I've stayed here a lot because it's affordable and you can get a smoking room. Usually it's not bad, you get what you pay for. This week long stay, the bed was only made twice and the floor was not swept AT ALL.

Corner suite with river view was awesome! There was a baseball game and you can see the stadium. Very happy with the stay would definitely come back! Very convenient location since we were going to show at Byham theater was able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. Lots of good options nearby.

"Friendly, welcoming staff. A landline phone in the room to call if help was needed. I didn’t realize how important this was until I stayed at another motel the night before when I wanted to call the front desk, but no phone in room. So kudos for to Microtel for not only comfort but safety."
