Massanutten Village COMMUNITY RULES WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN! This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. Keep noise indoors during these hours. No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING Keep all tires off the road. Floor cracked all the way through dining area and kitchen. Tripping hazard. All kitchen utensils were bottom of the barrel half were broken or didn’t work. Internet did not even work for tvs in downstairs rooms. The temperature downstairs was at least 10-15 degrees colder than upstairs. Fireplace did not work at all. Followed directions according to log. The entire yard by playhouse was covered in dog poop so couldn’t even enjoy yard at all. ##### Scott F.
