Casador is Romanian for "the house you will miss,” and is a one-of-a-kind hawk-shaped home designed and built by the owner. There are stunning views from most rooms in the home, the screened in porch, the hot tub deck, and both wrap-around decks.

Casador is about a 3 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten and just 10 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 20 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 25 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 20 minutes of the house.

- The driveway can accommodate 5-6 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is available in Massanutten if needed.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. All 6 bedrooms, plus both living rooms, feature smart TVs. We subscribe to Hulu Live, and you can log in to any other streaming apps you have accounts for.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee.
- Linens and towels provided
- Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes/utensils provided
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests
enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval
from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is
available with written approval from your host.


OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency
conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at
entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or
carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

DELIVERIES
• Please note that if you would like to send packages to the property, you do so at your own risk. USPS is particularly unreliable. We can not be held responsible for late or undelivered packages. Additionally, we charge $25 for any return services requested, in additional to actual postage.
