It was clean and the breakfast was great. Especially for the price.

While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I realize that the hotel can't do much about it, but I wouldn't stay there again. Rooms were also very cramped.

The parking lot has severe potholes so please be careful with your tires. The initial room I was given had blood stains on the sheets.I asked to moved to another room and we were moved however there were blood stains on those sheets as well and the hook lock on the door was broken. We were then moved to a third room were there was brown stuff on the counter and the air conditioner was making very loud noises. We unfortunately went back to the first room and asked for the sheets to be changed however there was not staff available to assist. I ultimately had to ask the front desk clerk for fresh sheets and changed my own beds. Unfortunately the next morning, the available breakfast was non -existent. There was only pancake cake mix, toast, orange drink not orange juice and some cereal. I will never stay here again. This is worst La Quinta Inn. The corporate office need to audit this place.

The employees were extremely kind and helpful. The free breakfast was also very nice! The hotel is located just minutes from the airport so it made our early flight very convenient! The room was nice but had some obvious wear and tear. The bedding appeared very nice and clean. The carpet and furniture had stains. There was also what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom as the pain was bubbling up with a small hole in the middle. With a little TLC, I think this could continue to be a wonderful hotel!

Bathtub was filthy. Litteral hair in the tub. The ceiling was 4 colors looked like a 5year did the drywall repair. The room smelled like cigarettes. Just a bad experience. Felt like I was in a trap house never will I ever again stay at that Baymont
