Escape to this lovely 3-bedroom house in the serene Letson Farms Community. With 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, and essential amenities like WiFi, Central Heating and AC, 60" TV with Roku, and a full gourmet chef's kitchen guests can relax and unwind in comfort. Enjoy the convenience of this excellent location less than a mile from the new UAB West facility, and just minutes from Target, Piggly Wiggly, Bent Brook Golf Course, Alabama Adventure amusement park and many other locations and amenities!  
Parties of any kind are not allowed in this home. All guests agree to follow all house rules and the rental agreement listed in the house rules section by booking. We look forward to hosting you at our place!
