Located 1 minute from Payette Lake\`s Davis Beach and 1 mile away from downtown McCall, you’ll be surrounded by nature upon your arrival. Enjoy a leisurely evening stroll to the lake or Ponderosa State Park. Make sure to explore the downtown area for fantastic restaurants, brewery, parks, marina, and shops. Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) The neighborhood was great and we were within walking distance to the state park, so you could easily access the lake and facilities. It wasn’t far from downtown by car either. It is a small home though and there’s not a lot of privacy. But we absolutely loved the 1970s feel of the amenities and the front deck was great for relaxing! ##### Debbie R. This little cabin has all the vintage charm of the 70s with plenty of modern comforts! Staying here was such a dream. Want to watch a dvd on an tv from the 90s/2000s? Sure! Missing Netflix or YouTube? They have that too!! Any time we had a question, their team responded within minutes. They were very accommodating and helpful, which made our trip so wonderful.Location is also great, close to downtown but still has a woodsy/mountain feel. If you want to travel back in time to a more slow-paced and relaxing environment, this is the best choice! Not to mention, they are pet friendly and the price was great too! Fire alarm went off in the night for no reason have to assume it was due to a bug or something in there, but did stop going off finally after an hour. Let them know about this through the phone number given for help and got no response. Overall if we didn’t have those few issues it would have been a great stay, but due to those issues I would say it was just okay. ##### Kyle D.
