The kitchen had so much room and were able to cook meals and enjoy them as a family. We enjoyed the location as well. And being above Luckys bar was a perk for us, as we enjoyed our days out but was able to come “home” and have our nightcaps downstairs and enjoy the evening. We will definitely be back in the future! We had a great time running the snowmobiles onto the lake and on the trails to other lakes and through beautiful wooded areas. The chalet itself was plenty big enough for the 7 folks who were there and had pretty much everything you would need for a 5-day stay except food. We had a blast playing games at the long table and talking around the fire. I would rent this chalet again if we decide to snowmobile in this area again. However, some of the furniture needs to be updated and perhaps rearranged to accommodate the size of the rooms on the lower level. All the bedroom doors should be able to close. The toilet in the second bathroom sits on a platform that has no room for your feet, making it somewhat awkward to use." The beds were comfortable; the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances; and the living and dining rooms were great social spaces for our group to catch up and relax. The cabin is near two grocery stores and several great restaurants and bars. And only 20 minutes from Winter Park, the best place to cross-country ski and snow show in the North Woods. I will definitely be returning to this cabin."
