The property was easy to find on the south side of Dayton off the Freeway. The room was clean and quiet (it was previously a BW Plus) even though it was totally booked (U of Dayton parents weekend and Renaissance Fair) for the weekend. Breakfast was chaotic, but I'll give a pass because of the crowd. Parking is deceiving with most of the spots in the back, but ok. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was a great value for the price I paid. I would stay again.

Quality of toilet paper needs to be improved.
At one point there were four parties waiting to check in with no staff member behind the counter to begin checking us in.
