The Space: Nestled among quiet pines just 1.5 miles from Mazama village, Gathering Pines offers a rare combination of privacy, tranquility, and direct trail access. Certified by the Passive House Institute (PHI), this modern three-bedroom retreat is designed for year-round comfort, exceptional energy efficiency, and peaceful interiors, creating an atmosphere of deep rest and relaxation. In winter, the Goat Creek Nordic Trail runs directly behind the home, offering true ski-in/ski-out access to the Flagg Mountain Loop and the wider Methow Trails system. In every season, large east-facing windows frame views of protected National Forest land.
