The snacks in the reception are ALL high in sugar. To use the hairdryer it needs to be pressed down at all times which is very frustrating. A simple on and off switch much more practical and makes it easier to use for people with joint issues. Shampoo is kindly supplied maybe it would be possible to supply a little conditioner!? The staff is super friendly and helpful 🌼🌼

Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was worth the price. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the pool and sauna as well. I’d recommend booking with breakfast as some of the rooms doesn’t come with a stove. Over all, it was an amazing experience❤️
