Respite Ranch is a newly renovated ranch-style home with a private 9-foot-deep saltwater pool, hot tub, and covered patio with a gas grill and dining area. The home includes a hearth room with a bar and wood-burning fireplace, multiple living spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the North Fork, close to vineyards, farm stands, Love Lane, and nearby beaches. Well suited for relaxed family stays and longer visits.  
  
The Space:  
  
Respite Ranch is an updated ranch-style home designed for relaxed North Fork living, with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the year.  
  
The outdoor area centers around a private 9-foot-deep saltwater pool with lounge seating and a large yard that offers privacy and space to spread out. A covered patio sits just off the house and includes a gas grill and dining area. Adjacent to the patio is a six-person hot tub.  
  
Inside, the home features multiple living and seating areas, including a hearth room with a bar and wood-burning fireplace, a main living room with TV, and a dedicated dining space. Large windows throughout the home look out onto the landscaped property and pool area.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, with a breakfast area positioned beside sun-filled windows overlooking the yard.  
  
The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms: a primary with king bed and ensuite, a second with queen bed and home office setup, and a third with queen bed. Three full bathrooms provide comfortable separation for families or groups.  
  
Respite Ranch is centrally located just off Route 25 and one mile from Mattituck's Love Lane, with easy access to North Fork vineyards, farm stands, restaurants, and seasonal attractions.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities  
  
Please note that outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.  
  
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The hot tub is generally available outside of pool season, weather permitting. If your booking falls outside of that Memorial Day to Labor Day and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.  
  
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by, we have many other beach homes within proximity.   
  
IMPORTANT NOTES:  
  
\- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.  
  
\- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.  
  
\- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.  
  
\- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.  
  
\- The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.  
  
\- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

#### Peaceful Wine Country Escape

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful North Fork home! The location couldn’t have been better: right in the middle of wine country, close to all the vineyards and attractions, but tucked just off a main road so it still felt peaceful and secluded. The backyard felt like a little nature retreat, with deer, wild turkeys, and even bunnies making an appearance.The highlight for me was the hot tub (so relaxing!) and the gorgeous in-ground pool. We also used the fire pit at night and loved sitting under the stars. It was so serene and perfect for unwinding.I came with a group of friends, and the house was spacious and comfortable.The hosts were incredibly thoughtful—they even left us a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc because I had mentioned it was my favorite wine from the region. That personal touch made us feel so welcome.I’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of room to relax both indoors and out. Honestly, I could have stayed for weeks. Already dreaming of my next trip back!

#### Engagement celebration

Great stay and wonderful property. The first stay that didn’t have a book and list full of restrictions and checkout instructions. After a whirlwind weekend celebrating our daughter ‘s engagement, this was a welcomed surprise! Everyone enjoyed their stay, including our two labs. Great fenced in yard that gave them plenty of room to exercise. We will be back!

#### Peaceful N Fork Getaway

We stayed at this home for the month of August and had the most wonderful relaxing time. The house and property are as described in the listing, even more beautiful in person! The house was immaculate and spacious (recently renovated - everything was new!) and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your family. Beautiful quiet backyard with pool, and we loved going in the jacuzzi after dinner in the evening to relax. Location is perfect, short drive to Mattituck with a big grocery and shops, and close to a ton of farm stands, wineries and adorable little towns with great shopping and restaurants (Southold and Greenport are great!). I loved driving a few minutes to grab fresh farm stand eggs for our breakfast in the morning, or running out for just picked corn and veggies for dinner. Checkin was easy, and the hosts Virginia and Debbie were extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We highly recommend this listing, we will be back!
