Staff and the bedroom were really good. The breakfast however was a disappointment. The cooked food was tasteless and the coffee was not particularly pleasant. As someone who has used this hotel over the last 4 cricket seasons I was a little disappointed.

This hotel was a five star and above. Staff were beyond helpful, and food for breakfast was delicious and hotel itself was quaint. Loved the boutique style vibe and charm. This was a great choice. Can’t say enough about all of the staff who gave attentive, personalized and professional service to us for our stay. Well done. Will definitely recommend.

I am Gluten free and found the bread offered inedible resembling cardboard. Pity as porridge was good. And staff very helpful otherwise. Iam also partly disabled and need a walk in shower, which I was expecting. Consequently I was unable to shower as I couldn't get into the bath. We would definitely come again if I can have a walk in shower and better GF bread please.
