Breakfast was excellent - I like how proud they are to introduce their local delicacies. Like sea bream (tai) rice and Kagawa prefecture’s Sanuki udon. The warabi mochi and cheese cake desserts were delicious too. Next to okaido with lots of food options and the main shopping area and the okaido tram station, and a few minutes walk to the ropeway to matsuyama castle. The Okaido tram stop is also right in front so you can get to Dogo Onsen area and Matsuyama castle is just a walk away behind the hotel. Good if you need a hotel that’s easily accessible. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. My one complaint is you could see dust buildup on the ceiling where the air conditioner blows air. The vent in the washroom was also very dusty.
