松江駅前広場から徒歩1分。だから飲食街、コンビニ、デパートなど何でも直ぐ近くにある。観光バス、市バス、長距離バスのターミナルも駅前だから本当に便利。１階はカフェ＋バーになっていて朝食から深夜のお酒まで、外に出なくても対応可能。朝食はサンドウィッチ、コーヒーなど、手作り感溢れる美味しいセットだが、広々としたカフェで道行く人を眺めながら、あまりの快適さに出掛ける気がしなくなったほど。部屋は個室に泊まったが、コンクリートの打ちっぱなしで簡素で無駄を省いた内装で広さは充分。トイレ、，シャワーは共同だが機能的で清潔だった。女性専用フロアもある。大変コスパの優れた宿である。 部屋は4階、シャワールームは2階。シャワーを浴びてから部屋に戻る際、男性と一緒になり気まずかった。 また電気ポットがありましたが、同じ階に水を入れる場所がなく（トイレならあるけど）、ちょっと不便。 冷蔵庫があって助かったが、コンセントが2つで、電気ポット、冷蔵庫、TVのうち2つを選択する感じ。
