We were treated as if we were criminals. They did not open the mails Expedia had sent so when we arrived our accomodation was not ready because they did not expect guests. We were the only guests in the hotel! We asked a few times for the manager but he never turned up. We asked his pnonenumber. At first we received a wrong number but in the end they gave us the right one. The manager did not want to listen but shouted at us through the telephone.
