Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

The room was delightful, very clean and suited our needs. The air con worked well and there were loads of toiletries in the room. Not the best view from the bathroom but not a problem. The staff were all wonderful and the hotel location was fantastic. We didn't try breakfast and pleased as it didn't look like our sort of style. The one and only let down was we came back to the hotel after going out for dinner on my wifes birthday and couldn't get a drink at 10.00pm as the bar staff had gone home and the chap on reception wouldn't/couldn't serve us which was a shame but not a travesty!
