Nestling in the owners’ beautiful grounds abundant with birds and wildlife, these properties have footpath access from the grounds which leads onto a bridle path and on to the village of Donington-on-Bain, with its tearoom, post office, village shop and pub for refreshments. Lincoln is approximately 30 minutes’ drive away, with its cathedral and castle, just two of the many attractions on offer for all the family. To the east are the sandy beaches of the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe, and the market towns of Horncastle and Louth are also just a short drive away. There are excellent walks and cycle routes available straight from the door, and the property has a lockable bike store available. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
