Main lobby always locked had to ring bell wait about 10 minutes to someone let you inn to get ice from only one ice machine. Offer 24 hour free coffee but was inconvenience to have to wait for someone to unlock main lobby everytime. My Deluxe King room showed in pictures long tub and in shower that you could fully soak in it it was half that size towles were stain and light brownish color. Asked for Housekeep to change beeding left forvabout two hours and bedding wss never changed and never gave me hand towels either.

LOOSE TRIM IN BATHROOM. POSSIBLY MOLD OR MILDEW. ENTRY DOOR INSIDE LOWER LOOKED LIKE MOLD OR MILDEW. INSIDE CORNERS OF ROOM BASE TRIM LOOKED UNCLEAN. NO VENT FAN IN BATHROOM/SHOWER AREA.

The rooms weren’t that bad but the checkout service was awful! I had a meeting so we asked for late check out and they were down at 10:30 am pounding on the door telling my gf and infant daughter to get the f*** out.
