Our cottage offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, and a range of resort activities including swimming at our community pool (open memorial day- labor day), basketball, gem mining, and golf cart rentals. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure with us! This cozy cottage includes a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses located in the hallway. The living area features a sofa that’s perfect for a child or smaller adult, and comes with a TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all necessary utensils, plates, and cups. Additionally, the cottage has a washer and dryer combo for your convenience. We welcome pets in our cabins/cottages, with a maximum of two allowed. Please note that there is a fee of $25 per pet, per night, which will be charged before your arrival. Each cabin and cottage can accommodate two vehicles. Any extra vehicles may be parked in our main office parking lot at no additional cost. Trailers and boats must be stored in our designated boat storage area, which incurs a fee of $10 per night. If you need electricity for your boat/trailer during storage, we can arrange for it to be parked in our overnight RV sites for an additional $20, subject to availability. We offer golf cart rentals, which are perfect for exploring our resort. To ensure availability, please inform us at the time of your booking if you would like to reserve one. We have 4 seaters for $50/day or 6 seater for $125/day. In addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, our cottage is equipped with 50-inch Roku TVs that offer Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors at our cabins and cottages. A $250 fee will be charged for any smoking violations.
