Our favorite part was the back screened porch with a fire pit table! We spent a tremendous amount of time feeling cozy and enjoying the quiet of the wildlife protected area across the water! The road does run just in front of the house but we did not find it to be too noisy aside from the occasional motorcycle or loud truck. The house is perfectly clean and well appointed. My favorite spot for a morning cup of coffee was the screened in porch looking out at the river.
