- FAMILIES W/ SMALL CHILDREN: This home features a spiral staircase and a bedroom door that leads directly onto the pool deck. While beautiful and up to code, this may not be ideal for very young children or guests with mobility limitations. Please supervise accordingly.
- Because our property is in a rural, wooded setting, wildlife, insects and ticks may be present. Tick activity is elevated across the Northeast, so please take normal precautions when spending time outdoors.
