"Our second stay. The one bedroom is huge and comfortable. Flamingos is right next door and you can eat at the restaurants there, but is much busier and noisier. The pool, outside spas and beach are lovely. The inside spa is amazing for hydrotherapy. All the people who work there are friendly. Lots of water bottle waste. It would be nice if they could figure out how to get bigger plastic water bottles. True of all of Mexico, unfortunately. The only complaint is the same one true of most of Mexico. "Everything was great, really enjoyed our visit. There were only a couple things I noticed. To get to the bathrooms you had to use the stairs and the stairs were slippery so hold on to the handrail and take your time. Another concern that doesn’t affect me, is people with mobility issues that have to use a ramp have to go a bit further than they should, it’s not set up the best for someone who has mobility issues. I would definitely recommend going."
