The lobby was really hot when we arrived so we feared that the room will be hot too but luckily it wasn't that bad. Had to keep the window open though to cool the temperature. Lots of noises from the street that windows didn't block completely. The beds were nice but pillows weren't. Everything was clean. Breakfast was ok, but I expected more bc we sent a message beforehand and asked for vegan food. There was porridge but nothing else warm food. Oatly's oatgurt was great and then there were both oat and soy milk for coffee. Air conditioning in room did not work and air quality wasn’t the best. No fridge or minibar in room. Swimming pool open between 14-16 although check in was at 15 and check out at 11. Womens sauna open at 16-17 and mens at 17-18, after which they charge Spa prices for a sauna/swimming session. So if you want to take swim as a couple or with your kids you basically have to build your schedule around the tight pool hours or pay quite a bit extra. Visst , det var rent och välhållet men sjukt omodernt och det var en hel del att anmärka på. Någon luftkonditionering som fungerade fanns inte. Den lät men ingen kyla kom, så de hade ställt in en fläkt på rummet som lät som ett tröskverk. Fönstren gick inte att öppna förutom ett litet vädringsfönster vilket inte gjorde nån direkt skillnad. Tvål och schampo var halvfulla. Trist . Det gick inte att ansluta till wifi på rummet vilket är en katastrof år 2025. Man kan ju tycka att det liksom ska vara självklart. Vi fick köpa extra data till tonåringen för att hon skulle kunna surfa. I korridoren hade vi mottagning och ibland inne på toaletten. DÅLIGT. När vi anlände fick vi veta att poolen bara kunde utnyttjas två timmar tillsammans med barnen. Resterande tid var det simning och bastu för damer respektive herrar vilket kändes jättetråkigt då vi valde hotellet enbart för poolen. Personalen på hotellet var dock helt fantastisk. Hjälpsamma, trevliga och tillmötesgående - 10 av 10 till dem. Frukosten var bra och vi uppskattade verkligen den färska frukten. Avståndet till restauranger och affärer är väldigt bra.
