"We so enjoyed this lovely home with four bedrooms and a bathroom for every room. It was so easy to reach the owners with a couple of questions, who themselves happened to be in Hawaii babysitting their grandchildren. I only have a couple of suggestions for safety and comfort. The futon in the downstairs bedroom needed to have a comfortable topping for the mattress because futons notoriously are pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. "This house was absolutely exquisite! The house was perfectly situated on the side of the mountain with beautiful views of the ocean from every room! We rented this house because our son was graduating from UCSB. And, it was the perfect location (about 1/2 hour from college) for us to go back and forth. Paula outlined everything perfectly and there were no side blinded surprises (Do Not let the negative review influence you about the trash.
