Spacious self contained apartment with balcony, overlooking main street of town. Ideal for those who want Margaret River on their doorstep, literally walk to shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, the river and forest trails.

Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and fixtures throughout. Large living area, tastefully decorated looking onto private courtyard.

Margaret River Apartments have 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, please note prices shown on Stayz website are based on a 2 bedroom apartment (max 4 guests). If 5 to 6 people need accommodation then a 3 bedroom apartment would be offered subject to extra person charge.

Minimum stay of 2 nights applies weekends & school holidays, 3 night minimum on long weekends & special events, 4 night minimum at Easter & 7 nights over Xmas/New Year period (min stays can vary on request).

Garbage collection 5.30am drowns out the birds.

This apartment is close to everything for sure but how close do you really need to be to the pub which pumps music outdoors until 12 most nights. Kim the owner will warn you and tell you the doors of two bedrooms are double glazed to try to block this however a lack of air conditioning in the west facing bedrooms leaves the space very hot and you either take the very loud street and pub noise or sweat in the heat generated by the afternoon sun. Broken tiles on the floor and a broken soap dish in the main bathroom are both hazardous and a health risk. Garbage collection will get you up to beat the crowds in the morning with collection taking place every morning including over the easter long weekend. This place is clean so clean that the only things left to assist you in your self contained stay are some tea bags, coffee and a dodgy salt and pepper grinder. No butter no milk and very limited crockery. Lucky we were 4 guests as there were just enough plates for us to have one each. It has been my experience in other accommodation that some staples like cling wrap and oil are left for you. Be warned you will need everything, there is nothing at all for you to use.

Central location-right above the main street. Private, spacious. Good sized kitchen and living area. Carparking. 2nd bedroom noisey due to proximity to street and local bar. air con doesnt reach to this room, so hot at night. Recommend for adult nightowls.

Very convenient to the township

Great position. Big enough for the family to have space. We really enjoyed our stay. There are pubs close by that can be a little a noisy though it was quiet by midnight.

Very nice and spacious apartment right in the centre of Margaret River

Kim was very helpful. The apartment was as advertised and since we travelled with my elderly mum, the second bathroom was very much appreciated. We were not bothered by the music from the tavern across the road, the double sliding doors to the balcony were quite efficient.

Booking process was simple, the property owner contacted me to ensure the booking was completed, he discussed the property with us, sent a map of directions for parking and even called in to check we were happy and settled in. Apartment was well furnished and set out, very clean and tidy, I would happily stay there again

Very clean easy access to town, the music at tavern can be loud but stops at a reasonable hour & it’s awesome free entertainment, throughly enjoyed karaoke night on Thursday night great to have a few drinks and sing along from the Veranda, will definitely stay again & recommend for anyone who enjoys the In-town vibe 💚

Brilliant stay

Short 1 week break with the family in this tip too property. Great location and whilst close to the pubs, it was actually pretty quiet! Well appointed apartment and excellent communication from the owner. Definitely will be staying there again!
