Apart a booking problem that was solved by the great service of Hotels.com , i must admit that the breakfast was the worse ever ( i slept in than 700 Hotels in my life) , the room and bathroom were dirty and the Hotel atmosphere was really cold despite the Hotel is was one of the greatest in the area. All this bad things are not related to the staff ( very friendly and professional) but to the bad management

Sistemati in stanza in mansarda, arrangiata e decadente X 223 € X una notte, nn ha nulla di un hotel 4 stelle , sembra che stia X chiudere da un momento all altro. Personale improvvisato e demotivato

Do NOT book this hotel!

No idea how this hotel got 4 stars. Old hotel (not necessarily bad). We had booked a suite, got a room with approx 10sqm bedroom (4sqm bed+approx 50cm on each of 3 sides)+small bathroom. When we complained, we were informed that no other rooms are availalbe. The next day we could move. According to the hotel, expedia does not provide the information which type of room is booked nor what we paid for the night. If this was true, how could the booking system work at all?? We were ready to change rooms the next day, although not convinced by the rest of the hotel - partly linoleum in the hallways, thin doors of the rooms (heard everything from the floor an close rooms), extra costs for the pool (in an expensive 4-star-hotel!)... But then came breakfast, or rather - not: Breakfast until 10am. We arrived 9.15. The buffet had been raided. No bread, flys on the ham. No black tea (!! in a 4 star hotel). I was informed that it is weekend, that's why! 4 waiters in a relatively small hall (considering the size of the hotel), dirty tables, not a single laid table. Sat on a dirty table. Nobody bothered. We asked for spoons/knives. Waiter told this is not our table. ah! And where was it? He told us, they had not been informed we would have breakfast... (??) Noone ever considerd just laying a table for us! 4 stars? plus: used shower bottles in the shower, matresses too small for the bed (10cm gap betw. matress and bedframe), mildew on the window. We left the hotel and will never return.

Beautiful side but not positive experience in hote

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare... Abbiamo trovato la porta aperta dopo le pulizie... WiFi inesistente nelle camere... Il tavolo della colazione era preparato per due... Ma noi eravamo in 4...lo staff dell'animazione non ti saluta se non hai fatto la tessera club... Se non fai tessera non vai in piscina... Molto caro.. Unica cosa positiva? Il posto... Meraviglioso ed incantevole

2 Sterne wären angemessen.

Aus welchem Jahrhundert stammen die 4 Sterne? Das Haus ist abgewohnt und mit Sperrmüllmöbel ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe. Am Frühstückstisch gibt es nicht mal saubere Tischwäsche. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr überschaubar.

breve soggiorno feb-2016

Per un soggiorno di 2 notti a feb-2016 con moglie e due figli ho prenotato questo hotel per le seguenti principali ragioni : 4 stelle vicino al centro del paese con servizi per bambini (piscina e sala giochi). Devo dire che la posizione è buona e la camera spaziosa (family suite). La struttura è un poco datata, il personale alla reception poco accogliente. la sala giochi è una stanza senza giochi (se non un calcetto). Piscina chiusa per ristrutturazione: nessun avviso nemmeno sul sito web, il personale alla reception non ha fatto una piega alle mie "lamentele". per colazione non aspettatevi buffet da 4 stelle. Potenzialità ci sarebbero ma purtroppo la gestione non è da 4 stelle, il prezzo si.

Hotel je starší a neodpovídá kategorii 4hvězdy. Největším zklamáním byl zavřený bazén. Ten je zavřený již dlouho, ale na stránkách o hotelu není jediná zmínka o tomto faktu. Cestovali jsme s dětmi a hotel jsme vybrali právě kvůli bazénu. Kvalita snídaní také neodpovídala kategorii. Spíše 2 hvězdám. Poloha hotelu je dobrá. Vzdálenost od vleku cca 400m.

hotel vecchio e malandato, 4 stelle forse 20 anni fa, piscina chiusa, centro benessere di altri tempi, colazione scarsa e in luogo poco accogliente, personale molto gentile ma un pò troppo trasandato e non professionale come si dovrebbe. Consiglio hotel a coppie di amici o avventurieri, alle famiglie un pò meno.
