"The view was very nice and the location good. The property has no amenities and overall needs a facelift. The pool was under construction and closed during our visit and the we did not make that clear when booking. There are no services on the property, a disappointment for the price point."

"Not once did I get a chair at the pool.. the fact that there are chairs available that are prime spots that they want you to rent is despicable, when you’re paying over 1,100 a night to stay at a Marriott. Out of the 5 days we had our room cleaned 2 times because when they got to our room at 5pm, we were in the room getting ready for dinner. "

"My stay at the Apollo 6th floor hosted by Corrie was great! The condo is immaculate, with everything you may need for your stay. Beautiful view and sunsets. The Sunset Grille downstairs comes in handy for a drink or a bite to eat. "

"Place was very accommodating for our family of 4 and could easily fit 6-8. Staff was friendly and willing to offer advice on places to see and restaurants to eat at. Shuttle was great but busy during peak times so just need to plan accordingly. VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED! In room laundry and kitchen were fantastic! Definitely would recommend and on our list to revisit."

"First off, each unit is individually owned so we can only speak our unit during March 2026. The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements."

"The condo came as advertised, however, several small amenities were either broken or about to break. Having said that, the owner says he was not aware of these items and would promptly fix them. And I believe him. This is a great unit, with a great view, with great amenities, and the owner is very easy to work with. I can recommend this listing to any prospective renter."
